A leading regional property consultancy is looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Development Surveyor to join their professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a relevant degree and a genuine interest in development, valuation, and planning to start or continue their APC pathway and gain hands‑on experience across a range of sectors.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Assisting with development valuations and viability assessments
* Supporting senior surveyors on property transactions and client instructions
* Preparing reports, research, and development appraisals
* Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
* Monitoring and reporting on market trends and planning policy
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* RICS-accredited degree (or working towards it)
* Interest in development, planning, or rural/urban land markets
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Analytical, well‑organised, and detail‑oriented
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
