What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage the practice team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Ensure compliance with VBA Code of Professional Conduct and CVS Clinical Governance standards.
* Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to patients.
* Oversee clinical development, CPD planning, and clinical audits.
* Work closely with the practice leaders to optimise client service and business performance.
* Drive financial performance and embedding the CVS values.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with current registration.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
