Principal Planning Lawyer Salary: £59,193 - £73861 £1,423 management supplement Hybrid working : 2 days office attendance per week, with offices located throughout the East of England Sellick Partnership has partnered with one of our highly regarded clients in the recruitment of a Senior or Principal Planning Lawyer. As a Senior lawyer, you would take on complex planning and some highways matters; in a Principal role you may also manage a small team and receive a salary supplement as listed above. Workload includes: General planning advice Planning enforcement Complex section 106 agreements Gypsy and traveller sites Judicial review The workload will be varied as you will be working on behalf of a number of public sector clients. This role requires the expertise of a seasoned planning lawyer who ideally has previous experience of dealing with public sector work. The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep understanding of planning and highways law and have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
