Produce creative design solutions
Develop high-quality technical drawing and specifications
Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
Attend design team meetings and site visits
Deliver projects from inception through to completionSkills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:
ARB registered
Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects at RIBA stages 5 and 6
Experience managing projects across various sectors
Job running experience is desirable
Excellent drawing and design skills
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
