Job Title: PPA & Intervention Teacher - KS1 & KS2 Location: Quinton, Birmingham (B32) Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Salary: £162.31 - £235 per day Start Date: ASAP Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a flexible and experienced PPA & Intervention Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Quinton, Birmingham (B32). This full-time role involves delivering high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2, as well as targeted intervention sessions to support pupil progress. Key Responsibilities: Provide PPA cover across KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum. Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions to support pupils in closing gaps in learning and achieving their potential. Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCO, and support staff to identify learning needs and tailor support accordingly. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence, and active learning. Track pupil progress and contribute to planning and assessment across year groups. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - not open to ECTs. Proven experience teaching across KS1 and KS2. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective intervention strategies. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners.
