Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – 2 days office-based (North of England) /3 days site-based

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion. The role involves managing electrical packages on fast-paced projects, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical installations on commercial fit out projects from design coordination to handover
*
Oversee site activities, subcontractors and direct labour
*
Plan and manage project programmes, budgets and procurement
*
Coordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and industry standards
*
Manage variations, valuations and cost control
*
Attend site and progress meetings and provide regular reports
*
Ensure works are completed to quality standards and on time
Experience & Qualifications:
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit out
*
Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations
*
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
*
Understanding of health & safety and CDM regulations
*
Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
*
SMSTS or equivalent (preferred)
