A well-established, innovation-driven leader in food processing equipment is looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager (South West) to join the team in the UK.

With strong growth ambitions ahead, they’re searching for a proven territory sales professional who can strengthen existing relationships and uncover new commercial opportunities.
The Role
* Lead territory planning with clear goals, budgets and KPIs
* Grow business within an established customer base while driving proactive new-business opportunities
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting
* Develop deep product expertise to provide credible, solutions-driven advice
* Act as a brand ambassador across the region, increasing visibility and market presence
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally
Ideal Profile
* Strong track record in technical/solution-based territory sales
* Experience selling capital equipment (ideally within processing industries)
* Relationship-builder with a proactive, structured approach
* Comfortable working autonomously and under pressure
* Commercially sharp, financially literate and a confident communicator
* Engineering background beneficial but not essential
