We are looking for a highly ambitious and self-motivated Gym Administrator, driving its success and ensuring it remains the number 1 choice for women's fitness in Bradford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, welcoming environment for all members and visitors
- Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the gym
- Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, and gym tours
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivational atmosphere
- Monitor any health and safety protocols and report any issues promptly
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as logging class attendance or payments
Who we are looking for:
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicator
- Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
- Experience working in a gym, leisure, or customer-facing environment (preferred)
- Fitness qualifications, for example, level 2 or level 3 personal training (bonus but not essential)
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a female-only environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (if needed)
