Management Accountant - £40000 - £45000 per annum - East Belfast - Qualified or QBE Your new company Our client is a long-established business based in Belfast. Your new role As the Management Accountant, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller who used to perform this role and will be delivering a smooth and timely service within the accounts department. Your role will be working as a key member of the accounting team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Preparation of monthly management accounts for group companies, including analysis of KPIs / budgets. Reconciliation of intercompany balances and group financial position. Preparation and submission of UK VAT returns. Managed year-end reporting processes and liaised with external auditors. Daily revenue reconciliation, preparation / submission and monthly drawdowns. Accomplished Excel user: including vlookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas. Supplier ledgers, invoicing, accruals, prepayments, deferred & accrued income, nominal, reporting. Cash flow forecasting / budgetary preparation and analysis. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced accountant who can demonstrate strong work experience. You will be either a qualified accountant or a qualified by-experience accountant.
