We are seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our high-tech, fully automated distribution centre. Operating on a Panama shift pattern (days and nights), you’ll play a key role in ensuring our cutting-edge systems run smoothly, efficiently, and without interruption.

The Role:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated machinery and systems
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical equipment
Working closely with the operations team to minimise downtime and improve reliability
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, highly automated setting
About You:
Must be qualified in multi-skilled engineering or electric
Experience within an automated or fast-paced production/warehouse environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work Panama days & nights
