You'll learn the ropes from the ground up, working closely with experienced consultants and building the essential skills needed for long-term success in recruitment.\n \n Key Responsibilities:\n\nSource and attract candidates for live construction & M&E roles (via job boards, social media, calls)\nRegister, screen, and build relationships with skilled operatives\nManage compliance documents and ensure right-to-work checks are complete\nMatch candidates to roles and support the wider team on placements\nProvide administrative and operational support to keep everything running smoothlyWhat We're Looking For:\n\nSome resourcing / recruitment experience within the construction industry.\nGreat phone manner and confident communication skills\nStrong organisation and attention to detail\nTeam player with a proactive, positive attitude\nWillingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment\n Progression: Become a Labour Manager\n \n With the right attitude and performance, you'll have the opportunity to step up into a Labour Manager position - leading your own resourcing team and taking full ownership of candidate delivery and client service.\n \n As a Labour Manager, You'll Be:\n\nManaging a team of Resourcers and overseeing job fulfilment end-to-end\nConducting regular coaching, training, and performance reviews\nMonitoring KPIs like candidate sourcing, compliance, and delivery metrics\nDriving excellence in client service, communication, and issue resolution\nControlling costs and improving margin.\nWorking closely with the Operations Directors to scale the function\n Ideal Candidate for Leadership:\n\nExperience in Trades & Labour or Labour Management recruitment\nA natural leader who can mentor, coach, and motivate others\nCommercially aware and results-focused\nOrganised, resilient, and proactive in solving problems \n\n💼 What You'll Get in Return:\n\nCompetitive salary with bonus structure/Commission and fast-track progression\nClear career development into leadership roles\nSupportive and collaborative environmentBe part of a growing, respected brand in the construction recruitment space
