Global Influencer Marketing Director
As the Global Influencer Marketing Excellence Director, you will be responsible for defining, standardizing, and elevating the global influencer marketing model across all markets. Your mission is to ensure that influencer marketing operations, strategic thinking, and pitching excellence operate under one unified, data-driven, and best-in-class framework worldwide.
You will lead the creation of global standards, processes, tools, and performance benchmarks that enable teams to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-impact influencer marketing strategies — while also ensuring that every global and multi-market pitch reflects the highest level of creative, strategic, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement a unified global framework for influencer marketing operations, strategy, and excellence across all markets and new territories.
* Standardize workflows, KPIs, tools, and performance metrics to ensure scalability, accountability, and operational excellence.
* Lead the development and adoption of best-in-class processes supported by Maia tools and data analytics.
* Partner with data, strategy, finance, and local teams to optimize performance, cost structures, and budget control globally.
* Ensure quality, compliance, and brand integrity in all influencer marketing activities worldwide.
* Lead the creative and strategic development of influencer marketing cases for global and multi-market pitches.
* Elevate storytelling, coherence, and strategic depth in all influencer marketing proposals.
* Develop and maintain a global library of best-in-class cases, insights, creative concepts, and success stories for local market use.
* Coach and support local and regional teams in crafting persuasive, insight-driven influencer marketing proposals.
* Foster cross-market collaboration and continuous improvement by sharing best practices and performance learnings.
* Support business expansion into new markets by establishing agile, standardized, and high-performing influencer marketing processes.
* Drive continuous improvement in both operational execution and pitching effectiveness to increase efficiency and win rates.
Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, or brand communications.
* Proven success developing creative and strategic pitches for international clients.
* Strong storytelling, presentation, and visual communication skills.
* Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, digital advocacy, and social content trends.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and guide multi-market teams.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
