Are you a skilled Class 1 Driver looking for an exciting opportunity in the bustling port city of Southampton? Join our clients dynamic team and take part in a rewarding container contract that promises both variety and challenge.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Class 1 vehicles to transport containers to and from various locations.
Ensure timely delivery and collection in accordance with schedules.
Conduct thorough pre-start checks on vehicles and report any issues to management.
Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
What We Offer
Competitive pay rate of £18.00 per hour.
Flexible working hours with both day shifts and tramping options available.
Early start times 5-6am.
A supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth.
PAYE drivers only.
Requirements
Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
CPC and digital tachograph card.
Previous Experience In Container Transport Is Preferred.
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
