SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: DudleyHours: 8:30am – 3:30pmPay Rate: £95.15 – £110.25 per day
Smart Education is currently recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across two specialist school sites in Dudley, catering for students aged 3–19 with complex needs, SLD, autism, and PMLD.

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised support tailored to each pupil’s individual needs.
You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to develop communication, independence, confidence, and life skills within a safe and engaging learning environment.

What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience supporting pupils with complex needs, SLD, autism, or PMLD
* A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
