CSS Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive to join our clients team based in Halstead, Essex.
Job Summary
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, supporting key accounts and ensuring seamless service delivery across the supply chain. This role acts as the primary touchpoint for customer supply teams, overseeing issue resolution, order coordination and performance reporting. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and efficient issue handling
* Ensure all customer inquiries are logged, monitored and resolved with agreed timelines
* Support the accuracy of customer forecasts and contribute to improved demand planning and performance
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of all B2B customer orders
* Deliver consistent, data-driven reporting to internal terms and customers to support decision-making
Requirements
* Previous ERP & customer experience required
* Own transport preferred,public transport option able
Working Hours
* Monday - Friday
* 8:30am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate
£13.50 per hour
