They are seeking a Java Technical Lead to play a key role in shaping technical direction, leading the team, contributing to strategic decisions, and building greenfield products from the ground up.
The Role:
* Own a core transformation project, rearchitecting a flagship product with zero customer downtime
* Lead and mentor a team of engineers and a product manager, driving a high-performing culture
* Stay hands-on in engineering while leading from the front
Java Technical Lead requirements:
* Strong coding skills in Java (Spring Boot or Micronaut) and JavaScript/TypeScript
* Comfortable improving complex legacy systems
* Able to mentor engineers and foster a positive team culture
* Confident making technical decisions and shaping a future-ready architecture
