Hours: Monday-Friday, office-based with 1 day per week working from home
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Position Summary
Are you looking to grow your marketing career while making a meaningful impact? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join their expanding team in Irlam. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of our social media and e‑commerce presence, helping shape how the life‑saving products and training services reach the world.
You'll create engaging content for our Knowledge Hub, email campaigns, and events, while also gaining valuable insight into the e-commerce side of the business-understanding how your work drives revenue, conversions, and customer engagement.
Working closely with external SEO and PPC agency, you'll help boost our visibility in search and ensure all digital activity supports our broader marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Increase brand visibility and engagement across all social platforms.
Manage and oversee day‑to‑day social media activity.
Plan, create, and schedule content via HubSpot.
Grow existing channels and explore emerging digital platforms.
Produce video content using AI for use across social, email, and the website.
Design digital assets using ChatGPT and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Keep content consistent with evolving digital and industry trends.
Email & CRM
Export data, build campaigns, and deploy marketing emails using HubSpot.
Develop new automated email workflows to enhance the customer journey.
Analytics & Reporting
Use GA4 and Microsoft Analytics to track performance, monitor ROI, and inform decisions.
E‑Commerce Support (Magento 2)
Update product listings, website content, and promotional materials.
Assist with price updates and system changes.
Support troubleshooting and resolve issues when needed.
Team & Customer Support
Support organisation and management of the Creative Marketing inbox.
Assist with the Reminders inbox and customer queries.
Monitor Ekomi reviews and ensure anything rated 3 stars or below is actioned.
Provide general support across the wider marketing team where required.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
12+ months' experience in social media, e-commerce, and CRM systems.
A marketing qualification (desirable but not essential).
A proven history of achieving or exceeding targets/KPIs.
Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships.
Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
High levels of motivation and a proactive, idea‑driven approach.
The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Solid commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
Professionalism, reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and databases being advantageous.
