Your Role
As a core Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in our Cheltenham team, you will:
* Mechanical Repairs: Carry out routine servicing, comprehensive maintenance, and mechanical repairs to the highest trade standards.
* Expert Diagnostics: Use modern multi-brand diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults accurately.
* Quality Standards: Maintain correct service procedures to ensure reliable, high-quality "first-time fix" results.
* Workshop Efficiency: Complete vehicle repairs accurately to support daily workshop productivity.
* Collaboration: Work closely with a skilled technical team to maintain our local reputation for customer trust and engineering excellence.
What You Need
* Experience: Proven track record as a hands‑on Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Service Technician in a professional workshop environment.
* Technical Skill: Strong working knowledge of all-around vehicle servicing, fault‑finding, and mechanical repair.
* Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
* Attributes: A positive, reliable professional who demonstrates great attention to detail and a proud work ethic.
* Advantage: Experience working with premium or specialist vehicles is a plus but not essential.
