Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear strategic vision and School Improvement Plan (SIP). Teaching and Learning: Secure and sustain effective teaching standards, utilising national benchmarks to drive student achievement. Curriculum Development: Lead the implementation of a broad and balanced curriculum, including the ASPIRE curriculum and the WAT Pledge. Staff Management: Lead, motivate and develop staff through high-quality professional development and an effective appraisal system. Community Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community to enhance teaching and community cohesion.
