The Role
As our Behaviour Buddy, you will:
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with children who need support with behaviour, self-regulation, and social skills.
* Build positive, trusting relationships to help pupils engage successfully in learning.
* Support class teachers and pastoral staff in delivering behaviour plans and targeted interventions.
* Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in the children you work with.
* Model and promote positive behaviour throughout the school day.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEND setting.
* Is patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.
* Understands the importance of inclusive practice.
* Communicates well with children, staff, and families.
* Is proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
