Description Business Support Officer | 10399 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £29,064 to £31,022 per annum | Grade F | Norwich – hybrid working We are looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to support the Public Health service to facilitate the smooth running of the public health office. You will provide support across all areas of Public Health which includes Corporate Governance, HR, Health and Safety, Public Health Partnerships, Business Continuity and Service delivery. Our Public Health service is dedicated to making Norfolk a place where everyone can start life well and age well and where no one is left behind. The role will include providing support to the Delivery Manager and Office Coordinators, diary and email support to members of the Senior Management Team, secretariat and project management support to key Public Health Partnerships and to the Public Health Office to support key initiatives and strategic themes within the department. You will be forward thinking, proactive with an ability to forward plan and be a good team player. You should possess good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, be used to working at all levels within an organisation, be personable and able to demonstrate high level IT skills and possess the ability to instigate, set up and minute meetings. Experience of maintaining, updating, and monitoring information on SharePoint would be an advantage in this role. Applicants will have a good standard of education with relevant office experience and be able to work under pressure to meet specified deadlines.
