This is a varied role requiring good organizational skills and tact
when dealing with people and situations which may arise.
Main duties of the job
To maintain a database of accommodation occupancy.
To liaise with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that the accommodation is available to let out and maintained in a suitable condition.
To undertake checks of accommodation after vacation by tenants and prior to tenants moving in ensuring all items on the property itinerary are present
Identify any needs for replacement equipment and furniture in the
accommodation and report to Team Lead for action
To undertake general office duties, including typing and filing, receive and
Re-commission accommodation following estates works
Work within the Accommodation to ensure smooth changeover of tenants and ensure optimum use of all accommodation
To co-ordinate property allocation as appropriate and in a timely manner

Education and Experience
Essential criteria
11. Educated GCSE level standard or equivalent
12. Due to the rural locations of some of our services, current valid driving licence, car owner/driver is required
13. Previous experience of working in the public sector, preferably with NHS experience
Desirable criteria
14. Previous experience within this type of role or evidence of providing support within a busy team environment
15. Experience of working in a customer service environment
