The Role: As a BAND 8a CAMHS LD Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents with learning disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting detailed psychological assessments of young people with learning disabilities
* Developing and implementing individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment plans
* Providing consultation and support to families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
* Conducting risk assessments and contributing to risk management plans
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure holistic and effective care
* Supporting the development and delivery of CAMHS LD services

Requirements:
* HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with experience in CAMHS LD
* Demonstrable experience in conducting psychological assessments and interventions with children and adolescents with learning disabilities
* Strong knowledge of relevant therapeutic approaches and interventions
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
