Responsibilities
* Assisting the Head Chef during service, guaranteeing the highest standards in dish preparation.
* Collaborating seamlessly with the chef's brigade across all meal services—breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
* Engaging with the sous chef and head chef to explore innovative improvements in both dishes and service.
* Taking pride in presenting dishes that exemplify outstanding taste, texture, and quality.
* Leading the brigade by setting a standard of excellence in every facet of your work.
* Relevant experience at the Chef de Partie level is highly desirable.
* A meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication with your team are essential.
