PMO Coordinator - Digital & IT Transformation (Contract) Location: Fareham | Hybrid Working We're looking for a highly organised PMO Coordinator to join a growing transformation team within a leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in supporting a portfolio of exciting IT initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: Working as part of the PMO team, providing day-to-day support across all projects and activities. Designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint pages. Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties to help keep the team running smoothly. Act as a central point of support - any member of the team may call on you for help with tasks. Take ownership of action tracking during meetings (we currently don't have effective tools in place for this, so it will be an important part of the role). Support with preparing and updating project documentation, trackers, and reports. Help ensure team processes and deliverables stay on track within the PMO framework. Be part of a collaborative environment, contributing to the smooth delivery of projects. ✅ What We're Looking For: Previous experience working within an IT PMO function in a complex delivery environment Experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint pages, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and engaging for users.
