The China Fleet Country Club is set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth’s City Centre. We are a Country Club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conferences and events.
We are seeking a dedicated Male Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our club complex, including male changing rooms and toilets, which is why a male cleaner is required for this position.
Responsibilities
• Perform cleaning duties in the male changing rooms, toilets and various areas of the club, ensuring high standards of cleanliness
• Replenishing supplies such as soap and toilet paper
• Report any maintenance issues or safety issues to management
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve cleanliness goals
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries regarding facilities
Requirements
• Proven experience in a cleaning role or similar position is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
The hours of work are every Saturday from 5pm to 8.30pm, extra hours will be available to cover holiday and sickness
