The Job Role Details:
Your duty will be to sell parts both over retail front counter and to the trade workshop for the agricultural machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
1. Sell parts and sundries to customers.
2. Supply parts and sundries to internal customers (workshop).
3. 'Front of house' duties - Greeting/directing customers and visitors.
4. Telephone answering / call directing.
5. Raise and chase parts and sundries orders.
6. Inform customers of order progress.
7. Unload deliveries.
8. Stock checks and audits as requested.
9. Retail and stores housekeeping.
10. Goods receipt, price checking, reordering and stocking.
11. Maintain stock levels.
12. Maintaining computerised parts records & Producing sales invoices.
13. Ecommerce Parts Sales.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
14. Experience is not essential, but you will need to be well mannered, willing to learn and have keen attention to detail.
15. Good time keeping skills are essential and an interest in agriculture or mechanical engineering is desirable.
