Marlborough College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Visiting Sports Coach (Netball) to join our dynamic Sports Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach motivated pupils in one of the UK's leading co-educational boarding schools, working within exceptional facilities and a supportive professional environment.
The Role
As a Netball Coach, you will:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality coaching sessions for pupils of all abilities
* Develop technical skills, tactical understanding and match awareness
* Adapt coaching approaches to meet individual and team needs
* Promote teamwork, discipline and a positive sporting ethos
* Provide constructive feedback to encourage pupil progress
* Support fixtures, training sessions and relevant sporting activities
* Maintain accurate attendance and performance records
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Strong experience in netball coaching or competitive playing background
* A solid understanding of netball skills, rules and tactical systems
* Excellent communication and the ability to motivate young players
* A positive, professional and adaptable approach
* A genuine commitment to pupil development and wellbeing
Experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
