We are looking for a highly organized and customer‑oriented Service Operation Specialist to join our Service team. The role plays a key part in ensuring efficient service operations, supporting field engineers, and delivering an excellent customer experience through accurate order processing and proactive coordination.
In This Role Your Main Accountabilities Will Be
* Process customer orders for invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
* Create customer quotations and follow up to ensure purchase order receipt
* Process completed work orders from Field Service Engineers
* Handle spare parts returns and arrange logistics collections when required
* Maintain and monitor Service Inventory levels
* Manage credit resolutions in line with Credit Control department requirements
* Collaborate closely with the Service team to ensure all transactions are completed on schedule
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

* Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
* Solid educational background or proven experience in a similar role
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Adaptability to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to take initiative
* Passion for quality and continuous improvement
* Experience with SAP
* Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFDC)
