Distribution Multi-Skilled Operative Back Shift The Role Your main responsibilities will be to carry out a range of key activities aimed to exceed our customers’ expectations and work efficiently and effectively as part of a team. Other responsibilities include: Assisting in a range of distribution activities including preparing orders for dispatch. Safety unloading and loading lorries using a Power Pallet truck. Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient working environment. Carry out tasks effectively as part of a close-knit team. Supporting replenishment duties across the site. Supply all production lines with produce, trays, and pallets as required by Production team. Maintaining accurate admin records to protect product integrity. Working in line with the Service Level Agreement for the Production area. Key Skills & Knowledge 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing is preferrable. Confidence in operating a PPT and driving a forklift truck in accordance with the RTITB standards (training will be provided). Good numeracy skills and strong attention to detail. Good interpersonal, communication and team-working skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Motivation, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
