Description
Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Executive Director
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and senior leadership teams
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate special projects and ensure timely delivery of prioritiesProfile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Previous experience in the Charity sector
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior leadership level
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Discretion, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solvingJob Offer
Salary: £39,000-£43,000 per annum
Hybrid working model (London office + remote flexibility)
12 month fixed term contract
