We have an exciting new opportunity for a Night Concierge to join us at Fitzjohns Avenue, a boutique development of 29 luxury apartments designed exclusively for the over 55’s.
Designed by an award winning architect Fitzjohns Avenue also boasts Health Suite & Spa, club lounge and landscaped communal gardens and you’ll be part of a 24 hour concierge team.
About our role
As Night Concierge, you are the guardian of Chimes' overnight experience. You will ensure a secure, sophisticated, and harmonious environment for our residents, balancing high-end hospitality with rigorous site safety.
* Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth residents, handling inquiries and bespoke requests with total discretion.
* Conduct regular building patrols, monitor access points, and manage emergency protocols to ensure 100% safety compliance.
* Manage deliveries, key control, and contractor access, ensuring the development is pristine for the morning handover.
* Maintain the daily operational diary and assist with luggage, mail, and transportation requirements.
* Ensure all front-of-house and communal areas are presented to a pristine standard for the morning transition, coordinating with cleaning teams to maintain an impeccable first impression
* Act as the designated Lead for all onsite emergencies; possessing a thorough understanding of the Fire Alarm Control Panel, evacuation protocols, and out-of-hours escalation procedures.
* Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion, recognising the privacy requirements of our high-profile residents and maintaining a sophisticated, unobtrusive presence.
* Deliver a comprehensive and detailed digital handover to the daytime Management Team, ensuring all overnight incidents, deliveries, and resident requests are documented with 100% accuracy.

* Flexibility - Occasional daytime attendance for essential training and company events.
* Compliance - This role requires an Enhanced DBS check (fully funded and managed by Pegasus).

Skills & Personal Attributes
* Exceptional written and verbal English with the ability to handle residents' inquiries and complaints with total discretion.
* Impeccably presented with a flexible, highly organized approach and the initiative to work autonomously.
* Strong IT skills are essential; experience with Google Workspace or Property Management Systems is an advantage.
* A strong knowledge of Hampsteads premium lifestyle (dining, culture, and transport) is highly desirable.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in a luxury hospitality, premium residential, or high-end facilities environment.
* Educated to GCSE standard (Maths & English) or holding role-relevant vocational qualifications.
* A working knowledge of Health & Safety or building compliance is a distinct advantage.
* Previous experience with night shift patterns is preferred but not essential.
