Were looking for a skilled and passionate Marine Engineer to join a well-established marine engineering company based in South Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide variety of leisure and commercial marine projects, delivering exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced with marine mechanical systems up to 1000hp who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
 * Carry out mechanical engineering on a range of leisure and commercial craft (up to 1000hp)
 * Interact with clients on-site, promoting services and upholding high professional standards
 * Work effectively as part of a skilled team to deliver quality and efficiency across projects
 * Support continuous improvement and business development through input and feedback
 * Maintain and promote high standards of health and safety at all times
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
 * Proven and current experience as a marine mechanical engineer
 * Strong understanding of marine engines and systems up to 1000hp
 * Full UK driving licence
 * Strong teamworking and communication skills
 * Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a marine environment
Desirable:
 * Experience with marine electrical systems
 * Customer-facing experience or training

 * 40-hour week: Monday to Friday, 8:00am4:30pm, with hour lunch break
