Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager with a passion for driving growth and building strong client relationships? We are currently looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover our Southampton Region. As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your region, building strong relationships to generate new business.
Responsibilities
* Drive and implement regional sales strategies and objectives in line with company objectives
* Develop and manage existing accounts whilst generating new business
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to follow up on leads and share market insight
* Provide accurate and timely sales reporting through CRM systems
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar field-based sales role
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential
Why join us
No two days are the same, but your role will normally consist of representing your very own area within the UK and travelling to your own set of customers and stakeholders to market and sell our products. You will carry a sample book to provide a true representation of our choices and help current and prospective customers pick their favourite. You will frequently visit the base branch for the area (normally the nearest city) to pick up more samples, check in with your team, and attend booked meetings. To support you on your travels, we will provide a hybrid or electric company car, along with a fuel card.
