Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CPA Administrator within Business Administration, Mental Health Services, North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership based at Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine. This post is offered on a fixed-term basis for 9 months.


Hours

18.0 hours per week, working Monday and Tuesday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and Friday, 9.00 am to 12.00 pm.


UK Driving Licence

Full UK driving licence is essential to this role as the post holder will be required to travel to various bases and locations within Ayrshire & Arran to minute CPA review meetings.


What You Will Do

You will provide a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Care Programme Approach (CPA) process. For further information on the role please view the job description.


Knowledge, Training and/or Experience

You will be educated to HND level in Business Administration or have equivalent proven Administration experience. You will have proven secretarial experience at a senior level with advanced keyboard skills and minute taking experience. You will possess a recognised IT qualification and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint). Prior NHS experience and understanding of NHS inter-disciplinary networks is advantageous. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You must also demonstrate the ability to maintain strict confidentiality with knowledge/understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You will manage your own time independently to a high standard.

We are unable to provide sponsorship for Band 2 posts or bank contracts.
