We are seeking an experienced and driven Marine Engine Sales Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team. This role will be based on the South Coast, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships within the marine sector, promoting our premium range of marine engines and associated products.
As a Marine Engine Sales Account Manager your primary focus will be on maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities. This is a client-facing role that requires regular travel across the UK and occasional international visits as needed.
Key Responsibilities of Marine Engine Sales Account Manager
Manage, support, and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the marine industry, including OEMs, dealers, and service partners.
Represent the brand to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and brand expectations.
Deliver compelling product presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as required.
Travel across the South Coast region and beyond as necessary to meet business objectives.
Skills & Experience of Marine Engine Sales Account Manager
Proven track record in sales account management, ideally within the marine, automotive, or power systems industry.
Strong understanding of marine engines, propulsion systems, or related technical products.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Knowledge of brand standards and experience representing premium brands professionally.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required
