4. Communicate with Spanish-speaking suppliers to resolve discrepancies or queries.
5. Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions on a regular basis.
6. Maintain accurate and organised records of financial transactions.
7. Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
9. Provide assistance in audits by preparing relevant documentation.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.
11. Process expenses via SAP CONCUR
The Successful Applicant
A successful Spanish Speaking AP Assistant should have:
12. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
13. Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
14. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
15. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and SAP CONCUR.
16. Educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
