Godfrey Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Dorset House, out newly opened residential home based in Chesterfield.
As a Support Worker, you are our greatest assets. You'll play a vital role in understanding the needs of the individuals we support and providing exceptional, person- centered care that truly changes lives.

Ideal Support Worker should have:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience working within residential or supported living
· Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately
· A caring attitude with a commitment to empowering individuals
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
