Maintenance Technician
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (08:00-16:30)
Location: Newport based but willingness to travel to various locations throughout the UK

What You'll Be Doing
You'll carry out a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks to keep properties running smoothly and looking their best. Duties will include:
* General building repairs, including roofing and cladding
* Plumbing maintenance and minor installations
* Joinery and carpentry work
* Tiling and flooring repairs
* Painting and decorating
* Carpet fitting and repairs
* Paving and external maintenance
* Drainage works
* Grounds maintenance and site clearance
* Pressure washing of buildings and external areas
* Furniture assembly and installation
* Furniture relocation and removal
What We're Looking For
* At least 3 years' experience in a building trade or property maintenance role
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
* Experience with cladding and roofing (desirable)
* CSCS card (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
* Comfortable using IT systems to log work and track materials or costs
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures, including risk assessments
* Strong communication skills when working across occupied sites
