We are looking to welcome a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator (Nightshift) to join our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team working from 9:30 pm to 10:00 am, potentially across 2 sites.
Your role will be to support the Fulfilment Operations Team Leader in daily operations of the fulfilment unit as part of a development assignment.
Expected Starting Date: TBC

This role offers a starting salary based on competence & experience, plus a nightshift allowance of £2.25 per hour. The working week is 39 hours, supporting the needs of the business. IKEA is a Living Wage Foundation Employer.

* Relevant retail/logistics experience and proven performance
* Experience with technical equipment
* Initiative and proactive attitude
* Computer skills
* Experience in planning and process improvement
* Strong communication skills in English
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Support and lead tasks in picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
* Achieve goals set by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader
* Supervise daily processes and identify improvement areas
