Benefits Manager- SC Cleared
Location: London (2 days per week onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Clearance: SC Clearance required
Day rate: £550, Inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to support a high-profile programme within a secure environment. This role will focus on defining, tracking, and realising benefits across complex change initiatives, ensuring measurable value is delivered and evidenced throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Define, baseline, and manage benefits frameworks aligned to programme objectives
* Work closely with Programme and Project Managers to embed benefits tracking into delivery plans
* Establish benefits realisation plans, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
* Engage senior stakeholders to agree benefit ownership, measurement, and accountability
* Track, report, and challenge benefits performance, risks, and dependencies
* Ensure benefits are aligned to strategic outcomes and withstand audit and assurance scrutiny
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Benefits Manager on large, complex programmes
* Strong understanding of benefits realisation, value management, and performance measurement
* Experience working in government or highly regulated environments
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and influencing delivery teams
* Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
