Self-Employed Family Support Worker
Location: Across all London boroughs (travel required)
Pay: £15–£20 per hour (self-employed)
Hours: Flexible, ad hoc, including evenings and weekends
SupportWays Ltd provides family support and social care services to children, young people, and families across London. We are seeking self-employed Family Support Workers to deliver in-person support including:
Edge of care and parenting support
Supervised family contact
Welfare checks and emergency care
Supervised transport and mentoring
Life story work and residential cover
Requirements:
Experience working with children/families (social care, education, youth work, etc.)
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
Ability to work flexibly and independently
Strong communication and safeguarding awareness
Access to reliable transport is a bonus
