You will be naturally curious, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to enhance our language services offering and optimise existing processes. In addition, you will be commercially minded, supporting new business pitches and driving revenue growth through identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the existing client portfolio. The overall purpose of this role is to support the Language Project Director to deliver best‑in‑class language services for clients. As Senior Language Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of language projects across your clients, ensuring they are driving performance whilst providing great customer service to clients. The role will be dedicated to developing our International proposition within Croud, delivering excellence across all content localisation, qualitative market insight and benchmarking and being the voice for international within the agency to identify commercial opportunities to grow the team and its capabilities within Croud.
Responsibilities
* Manage localisation, content creation, subtitling, voiceover, and dubbing projects end‑to‑end.
* Scope projects with internal teams and external clients, including commercials and project planning.
* Set, manage, and communicate timelines, budgets, margins, and delivery expectations.
* Lead quality assurance processes and resolve language or technical quality issues.
* Coordinate cross‑functional projects with teams including SEO, PPC, and Social.
* Manage and support freelance linguists (Croudies), including onboarding, feedback, performance reviews, and recruitment support.
* Act as a primary client contact, leading calls, providing updates, and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Monitor project performance, client satisfaction, and localised content quality, implementing improvements where needed.
* Drive adoption of localisation technology and contribute to process optimisation, best practices, and operational efficiency.
* Support strategic initiatives, pitches, and business development activity for the Language Services team.
* Share industry insights and contribute to the overall Language Services strategy while embodying company values of passion, imagination, and integrity.
* Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, with flexibility if agreed in advance with line managers.
Qualifications
* A relevant Project Manager qualification / marketing qualification.
* Experience and or knowledge of working across a variety of digital marketing channels.
* Experience with CAT tools, preferentially Phrase (formerly Memsource).
* Demonstrable in‑depth experience in project management.
* A self‑starter able to demonstrate innovation and initiative.
* Numerically confident with strong analytical skills.
* Highly organised multi‑tasker with impeccable attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.
