We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in West Wickham.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
* Spot check carers in the community, identify good practice, and report training concerns to the registered manager.
* Deliver high standards of care.
* Participate in the paid on‑call rota.
* Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans.
* Build relationships with care staff and service users.
* Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
* Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required.

* Salary £24,000 – £25,000 per annum.

* Flexibility to cover on‑call to meet the needs of the business (essential).
* Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance (essential).
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
* Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred).
* NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
