Senior Integrated Digital Planner


London / Hybrid - 2 flexible days in the office

The Opportunity:


They’re looking for a Senior Integrated Digital Planner who can operate at the centre of it all, connecting strategy, MarTech, data, and activation into programmes that actually perform.


This is not a role where you produce plans that sit in decks.


You’ll be shaping how programmes are designed, how technology is applied, and how results are delivered, working closely with both internal teams and senior client stakeholders.


You’ll have the space to influence, the exposure to grow, and the expectation to think beyond channels and into outcomes.



What You’ll Be Doing:


Integrated Planning & Strategy


* Build and lead integrated marketing programmes across digital, media, and content
* Develop go-to-market strategies that translate insight into action
* Champion audience-first planning and customer journey design
* Ensure plans are commercially robust, outcome-driven, and built to perform


MarTech & ABM Enablement


* Apply platforms such as 6sense, Cognism, Bombora (and similar) in a meaningful, strategic way
* Support the delivery of ABM programmes into enterprise-level accounts, ensuring precision targeting and measurable impact
* Work with teams and clients to unlock better targeting, automation, and orchestration
* Continuously evolve how MarTech is embedded into planning


Data, Performance & Optimisation


* Define KPIs and measurement frameworks from the outset
* Analyse performance and turn data into clear optimisation strategies
* Use insight to refine audiences, messaging, and channel mix


Campaign Activation & Delivery


* Ensure seamless collaboration across Client Services, Media, and Content
* Bring clarity and structure to campaign kick-offs and delivery
* Identify ways to improve processes, workflows, and overall effectiveness


Client & Commercial Impact


* Present plans and strategic thinking with confidence
* Translate briefs into compelling, commercially sound proposals
* Identify opportunities to expand programmes and deepen client relationships



What They’re Looking For:


* Experience in integrated marketing, digital strategy and campaign planning, ideally within B2B
* Strong understanding of ABM, audience planning, and performance-led marketing
* Experience contributing to or delivering ABM programmes for enterprise accounts
* Working knowledge of MarTech platforms and data-driven planning
* Confidence working directly with clients and influencing decisions
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
* Ability to manage complexity without losing clarity
* A genuine interest in how modern B2B marketing is evolving
