We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Supervisor to join us in Barnsley.
Our supervisors work on shifts, this role is to work on our Night Shift which is typically between - working any 5 days in 7 Saturday's hours can slightly differ.

What You’ll Do:
1. Whilst on Night shift you will be responsible for the supervision of the Warehouse Operatives as well as the operations in your zone including throughputs, parcel presentation and productivity levels
2. Supporting the Process Manager with the quality of all sortation and its performance against MI measurements.
3. Dependent on the area you work in, you will manage and control Client SLA’s, load presentation compliance, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, manage and control mis-sorts and damages and momentum % scanning compliance.
4. Undertaking regular coaching, ’s, performance reviews and team meetings with your Operatives.
5. Ensuring that all required reporting documentation/manifests are maintained to the required standard and timescales.
6. With the support of the Process Manager you are responsible for all H&S, hygiene and quality audits including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your zone whilst on shift.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
7. PC literate – you’ll be ok with Microsoft Office products
8. Experience of logistics or distribution and ideally managing a team of operatives
9. Be able to work at pace to challenging targets within in a fast paced environment
10. Be able to influence using data and your natural charm
