Job Title: Primary Tutor Location: Oxfordshire, South East England, United Kingdom Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Job Duties: Deliver high-quality primary-level tutoring sessions to students Create and implement tailored lesson plans based on student needs Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning outcomes Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience in primary education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Proficient in using various teaching methods and technologies Excellent classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in tutoring or mentoring roles Working Conditions: The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The primary tutor will be required to travel to different locations to deliver tutoring sessions. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate student schedules.
