Base pay range
£70,000 - £100,000 base salary + Bonuses
Excellent working culture and office environment with regular company socials/events
Location & Requirements
Candidates must be UK residents residing within commutable distance to the Midlands office. We cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
Candidate Brief
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales/Regional Manager/Director to lead a profitable multi-branch estate agency, with potential progression to Managing Director within 5 years.
The role involves leading sales strategies across multiple branches, driving growth, maintaining regulatory standards, and positioning the agency as a market leader. Collaboration with internal departments to align sales with business goals, optimizing profitability, ensuring compliance, and high client satisfaction are key focus areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals.
* Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
* Create go-to-market plans for new services or segments.
* Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
* Develop talent strategies, including succession planning.
* Set standards for client interactions to enhance brand reputation.
* Implement recognition and reward programs to retain top talent.
Operations, Governance & Compliance
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards across sales operations.
* Review and refine compliance frameworks regularly.
* Establish audit controls and reporting mechanisms.
* Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on high-value transactions.
* Manage department budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Monitor performance and optimise profitability and costs.
* Assess ROI for sales initiatives and communicate insights to leadership.
Skills & Experience
* Experience as a Sales or Regional Director within residential estate agency.
* Managing multiple (8+) estate agency branches.
* Financial planning, budget management, and profit & loss analysis expertise.
* Knowledge of property legislation, AML, data protection, and compliance.
* Data analysis and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Full, Clean UK Driver’s license.
* UK resident with unrestricted right to work; no visa sponsorship available.
