Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
* Conduct dimensional checking and verification duties to uphold quality control measures.
* Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
* Work closely with engineers, production planners, and quality assurance teams to streamline manufacturing processes.
* Mentor and develop team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
* Identify process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency.
* Maintain accurate production records and ensure reporting aligns with company requirements.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in OEM fabrication, with a deep understanding of manufacturing and welding processes.
* Strong background in dimensional checking and verification techniques.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
* Understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations in a fabrication environment.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
* Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in fabrication, machining, or a related field.
