Role Description
First2proetct are looking to fill two, on-site Sales Leader roles, based in its newly refurbished Exeter city centre office.
Sales Leaders will oversee and manage the performance of a sales team, driving sales initiatives and meeting revenue goals.
Responsibilities include coaching and training the team, implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
Roles are positioned at Manager or Team Leader level depending on demonstrated experience.
Your Experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and team members
* Experience leading a sales team or teams in a contact centre environment, creating a high performing sales culture
* Demonstrated leadership success in sales and the ability to understand and exceed revenue targets
* Experience in direct sales coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance
* Proficiency in sales management, including creating strategies and monitoring sales operations, identifying risk and opportunity
* Demonstrated experience in contact centre innovation and change delivery
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
* Familiarity with property insurance or the financial services industry is advantageous
